Overview

• Lead the intake department at a certified healthcare organization, ensuring seamless patient onboarding and operational excellence.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and optimize intake workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align intake processes with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of care delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the intake team, fostering professional growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and report insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline intake operations and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee intake operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of patient information.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures to uphold organizational standards.
• Train and mentor staff to achieve performance goals and professional excellence.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to align intake processes with patient care plans.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to facilitate patient transitions and referrals.
• Address and resolve issues related to the intake process promptly and effectively.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required; certifications in healthcare management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in certified home healthcare and management roles.
• Strong knowledge of intake processes and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire teams effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday, adhering to organizational schedules.
• Open to Registered Nurse (RN) candidates with relevant experience.
• Experience in virtual and in-person interview processes with two-step evaluations.
