Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management; 12 years preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications in project management are advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial, institutional, and healthcare construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development and stakeholder engagement.
