Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Manage the complaint and grievance resolution process effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Current RN License mandatory; CPXP and CPHQ certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience; 3 years preferred.
- Experience in acute care settings with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification advantageous.
- Strong analytical and data management skills essential.
- Experience in patient advocacy or grievance management preferred.
