Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities using proven methodologies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute patient experience strategies.
  • Educate and mentor staff on best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze patient experience data and publish actionable insights for review.
  • Manage the complaint and grievance resolution process effectively.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards and regulations.
  • Promote seamless customer service across multiple departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Current RN License mandatory; CPXP and CPHQ certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Experience in acute care settings with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills essential.
  • Experience in patient advocacy or grievance management preferred.
