Job Description

Overview

  • Lead civil infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with utility providers to integrate systems seamlessly into construction plans and operations.
  • Interpret and apply engineering drawings to guide project development and ensure precision in execution.
  • Provide leadership to on-site teams, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, addressing challenges proactively to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise civil construction projects, including utilities, parking lots, and stormwater systems, ensuring quality execution.
  • Coordinate with utility companies to ensure integration and compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • Review engineering plans and drawings to guide construction activities and ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to permits and regulations, including environmental and municipal standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; certifications in civil engineering or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure or engineering projects.

  • Experience coordinating with utility companies and managing related project components.
  • Knowledge of environmental and municipal permitting processes and standards.
