Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for finance-focused initiatives.
  • Coordinate resources and teams to achieve project goals and drive organizational change.
  • Analyze existing finance processes and propose improvements for enhanced efficiency and compliance.
  • Implement and optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful project adoption.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Support data governance initiatives, including ETL processes for financial data management.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to enhance automation and data workflow efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification preferred.
  • 7-10 years of project management experience, including 3+ years in finance-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, and Jira.
  • Experience with ERP systems and finance software like SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Knowledge of data ETL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting.
  • Ability to work onsite four days per week in a hybrid environment.
