Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop architectural designs that meet project goals and client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Prepare and review construction documents and detailed drawings.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Utilize software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp for modeling and visualization.
• Present design concepts to clients, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of architectural design experience; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for hybrid work environments.
