Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Serve as the primary financial contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare finance or business operations; 15 years preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare policy, reimbursement, and hospital financial operations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
