Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) required; licensure preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in project coordination and client relationship management.
  • Strong mentoring capabilities to support team development and project success.
  • Knowledge of current architectural trends and technological advancements.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote collaboration.
