Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, hardware, and storage systems to meet operational needs.
  • Develop and document installation procedures and system standards for consistent implementation.
  • Monitor systems and security, ensuring integrity and addressing anomalies proactively.
  • Perform daily backup operations, verifying data integrity and availability.
  • Adhere to change and problem management policies, ensuring compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve system administration efficiency.
  • Support virtualization technologies, including VDI and DaaS implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and enhance processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience managing Windows environments; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, Linux system administration, and scripting.
  • Knowledge of storage management, system monitoring, and patch management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to create technical documentation.
  • Flexibility to work early shifts starting at 5:00 AM.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent work authorization is mandatory.
  • Experience in virtualization technologies and ITIL compliance is advantageous.
