Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare accurate and compliant financial statements for corporate reporting needs.
• Support quarterly and year-end financial close processes with precision and timeliness.
• Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts effectively.
• Analyze transactional data to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Develop supporting schedules for trial balance accounts and reporting requirements.
• Provide detailed analyses and explanations of financial transactions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or corporate reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel is essential for success.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
