Overview

  • Manage the client’s digital presence, ensuring consistent branding across websites, social media, and online platforms.
  • Support project teams by crafting engaging content for competitions, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and research opportunities to expand business development and networking efforts effectively.
  • Oversee the organization and accessibility of marketing assets, including image libraries and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events and conferences to align with strategic marketing objectives.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships to support marketing goals and collaborative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage external public relations and social media efforts to align with marketing objectives.
  • Create and refine proposals, brochures, and presentations to support business development initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate public RFP opportunities, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and update the client’s website and social media profiles with engaging and relevant content.

  • Coordinate attendance and representation at industry events to align with marketing strategies.
  • Research and establish partnerships to enhance marketing efforts and collaborative opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with 8 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in public relations, social media management, and branding strategies.
  • Strong skills in proposal development, asset management, and business development support.
  • Ability to coordinate attendance at industry events and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in tracking and evaluating public RFP opportunities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
