Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive construction management experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in commercial, healthcare, higher education, or industrial construction sectors.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and mentor project teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-relations abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management software, scheduling tools, and financial controls.
  • Ability to implement safety programs and operational best practices effectively.
  • Experience in fostering client relationships and contributing to business development efforts.
