Overview

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes to attract top talent for business services roles in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored strategies and define job qualifications effectively.

  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth offer negotiations and onboarding experiences for new hires.

  • Engage in outreach initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage recruitment for diverse entry- to mid-level positions across business departments effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience; law firm experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Workday and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional certifications such as PRC, PHR, or SPHR are preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and sourcing top-tier talent is highly valued.
