Registered Nurse

Overview

• Provide exceptional nursing care to pediatric patients in a collaborative and dynamic clinical environment.
• Administer immunizations, conduct health screenings, and perform diagnostic specimen collection adhering to best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to ensure care continuity.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance clinical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure a safe and organized clinical environment conducive to effective patient care and staff collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient care delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Document patient vital signs, perform routine health screenings, and administer vaccinations accurately.
• Assist healthcare providers during physical examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Coordinate dental and optometry services for pediatric patients, ensuring timely access to care.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and manage case timelines effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to special projects aimed at improving patient care outcomes.
• Manage clinic supplies and equipment inventory to support uninterrupted operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active RN certification are mandatory.
• Valid RN license and current First Aid/CPR certifications required.
• Completion of mandated courses in Infection Control and Abuse/Incident Reporting.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric care settings.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for effective documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and families.
