Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage platform operations across the investment lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex operational issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in investment operations; 15 years preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing operational teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
  • Experience with automation and emerging technologies, including GenAI.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex operations.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with fund administrators, custodians, and reporting providers preferred.
