Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects of varying scales.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop comprehensive cost projections.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine estimates and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and material costs to ensure competitive pricing strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost estimation; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools for construction projects.
