Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, with 15 years preferred.
- Proven track record as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling.
- Strong background in construction safety, with certifications such as OSHA 30, CHST, or CSP preferred.
- Proficiency with construction management software and familiarity with BIM and Lean principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
