Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned residents during evening shifts.
  • Supervise and support licensed and non-licensed staff to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Adhere to union policies and procedures while delivering quality care.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active New York State RN licensure with valid BCLS certification.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Good interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work evening shifts, including every other weekend.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a unionized environment.
  • Willingness to complete a four-week daytime training program.
