Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned residents during evening shifts.
- Supervise and support licensed and non-licensed staff to maintain operational efficiency.

- Adhere to union policies and procedures while delivering quality care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active New York State RN licensure with valid BCLS certification.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Good interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work evening shifts, including every other weekend.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a unionized environment.
- Willingness to complete a four-week daytime training program.
