Overview

• Lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.

• Resolve conflicts and challenges promptly to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the construction site.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management; 5 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing commercial or healthcare construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage on-site teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction safety regulations and protocols.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately.
