Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress for compliance and planning.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Valid Occupational Therapy License (Virginia VDHP) required upon hire.
- NBCOT Certification (OTR) required upon hire.
- CPR/BLS Certification required upon hire (AHA/ARC/ASHI accepted).
- Proficient documentation and communication skills for effective care planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
