Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects meet quality and timeline objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing multifamily construction projects, including garden-style and podium-style developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills to drive project success.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for effective project oversight.
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
