Overview

  • Manage multifamily construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Oversee large-scale developments, including garden-style and podium-style buildings, ranging from 200 to 500 units.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to optimize construction processes and outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
