Overview

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage resources and address project challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project schedules and milestones.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency.
  • Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement on-site.
  • Utilize technical expertise to address construction challenges and optimize workflows.
  • Participate in strategic planning and budgeting activities to align project goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Inspect project sites regularly to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
  • Manage subcontractor schedules and performance to achieve project milestones.

Job Requirements

  • Associate of Science (AS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction supervision.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
