Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care during all stages of labor and delivery.
- Provide comprehensive newborn assessment and care, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and postpartum recovery processes.
- Maintain professional accountability and leadership in nursing practices and patient care.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Nursing and current RN license.
- Current BLS CPR certification; ACLS preferred; NRP certification within 9 months.
- Completion of fetal monitoring course within 6 months; certifications must remain current.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred in labor and delivery nursing.
- Competency in newborn assessment, sterile techniques, and patient care planning.
- Ability to pass pre-employment checks and meet physical conditions of the position.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
