Overview

  • Direct and oversee diverse construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and teams to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize project outcomes and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering collaboration and professional growth within teams.
  • Utilize advanced construction management tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
  • Resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, addressing achievements and concerns.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in construction management are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of institutional, educational, and commercial construction practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
