Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and enhance investment lifecycle processes, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform reconciliations, address exceptions, and coordinate with external service providers.
  • Execute trade bookings, corporate actions, and restructurings within the firm's systems.
  • Maintain reference data for portfolios, assets, and issuers to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate settlement processes with agents, brokers, banks, and custodians.
  • Assist in deal execution, including documentation preparation and fund flow coordination.
  • Oversee KYC processes for new investments and administrative agent roles.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support technology testing initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational or financial services roles, with fund accounting knowledge.
  • Proven expertise in loan operations and familiarity with diverse credit instruments.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
  • Experience in private and syndicated credit markets is preferred.
  • Demonstrated capability to take ownership of processes and expand responsibilities.
