Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and enhance investment lifecycle processes, ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform reconciliations, address exceptions, and coordinate with external service providers.
- Execute trade bookings, corporate actions, and restructurings within the firm's systems.
- Maintain reference data for portfolios, assets, and issuers to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate settlement processes with agents, brokers, banks, and custodians.
- Assist in deal execution, including documentation preparation and fund flow coordination.
- Oversee KYC processes for new investments and administrative agent roles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support technology testing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational or financial services roles, with fund accounting knowledge.
- Proven expertise in loan operations and familiarity with diverse credit instruments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
