Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide executive-level oversight and leadership across multiple commercial construction projects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients and stakeholders, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and field teams to achieve project success and professional growth.
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract performance to ensure operational and financial excellence.
  • Support preconstruction activities, including client engagement and proposal development efforts.
  • Implement effective project delivery strategies such as CMR, Design-Build, and Lump Sum.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk management protocols throughout project lifecycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $20 million across various sectors.
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills, representing the organization with professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage profitability, and deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of construction operations, risk management, and project delivery strategies.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing teams to achieve organizational goals.
