Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate month-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Analyze investor allocations and waterfall calculations, ensuring precision and transparency.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Supervise external administrators to optimize collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with auditors during audit processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Evaluate internal controls and implement enhancements to improve financial integrity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 2-6 years of experience in public accounting or asset management firms is preferred.
  • CPA and/or CFA certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
