Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee fund accounting processes, including management of administrators and preparation of detailed financial reports.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals and growth initiatives effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and analyze performance metrics for strategic insights.
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund accounting or financial management.
- Preferred 12 years of experience in private equity or related industries.
- Proven expertise in fund accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
