Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical services leadership; 5 years preferred.
- Current RN license in Texas or compact state mandatory.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- CNOR certification preferred within one year of hire or promotion.
- Proficiency in financial management and resource allocation in healthcare settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams.
