Overview

• Deliver personalized occupational therapy services to adult patients in a homecare setting, promoting recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient therapy needs and establish achievable goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific patient challenges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.

Job Requirements

• Master of Science (MS) in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency in therapy techniques and patient care practices.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for patient and caregiver education.
• Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
