Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Monitor departmental budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; advanced certifications such as CPAN preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care Operating Room management experience; 5 years preferred.
- Active RN licensure in the state of practice or compact license, as per regulations.
- Proficiency in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with ability to maintain them.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills essential.
- Experience managing a team of approximately 40 FTEs in a high-volume surgical environment.
- Knowledge of fiscal management and resource allocation within healthcare settings.
