Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of business opportunities within targeted sectors.

- Lead the preparation and submission of due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and RFIs for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales support teams to develop compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations.

- Conduct competitive research to stay informed on market trends and competitor strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to build relationships and identify opportunities.

- Ensure successful implementation of new business and transition to servicing teams for ongoing support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or fund administration.
- Preferred 10 years of experience in private equity, credit, or hedge fund sectors.
- Proven ability to sell complex solutions and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead RFP/RFI processes and consistently meet sales targets.
- High energy, strategic mindset, and ability to interact with C-level executives.
- Availability for travel up to 30% of the time.
