Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for the Operating Room team, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a dedicated team of clinical and support staff members.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Arts (AA) in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of recent acute care OR management experience required.
- Preferred 5 years of perioperative nursing experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of AORN standards and perioperative best practices.
- Proven ability to lead clinical outcome improvements using evidence-based practices.
- Experience in budget management and promoting cost-effective practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
