Overview

  • Oversee physician compensation plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement innovative compensation models for physicians and advanced providers.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to optimize compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and administer effective compensation programs.
  • Maintain detailed records and databases to support compensation activities and audits.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in compensation management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct market studies to evaluate physician and provider compensation trends.
  • Develop and maintain systems ensuring data integrity and support for compensation plans.
  • Prepare and adjust physician compensation scorecards based on productivity metrics.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate physician payments and perform audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics and compensation management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in project management.
  • Experience with complex databases and financial reporting systems.
