Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead interior design projects from initial concept through completion, including programming, space planning, and construction documentation.
  • Develop and present design concepts, material selections, and FF&E packages tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of design plans.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
  • Produce high-quality drawings and specifications that adhere to industry and organizational standards.
  • Mentor and support junior designers, encouraging professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction administration activities to ensure project success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is required.
  • NCIDQ Certification is mandatory for this position.
  • 6–10+ years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or hospitality sectors.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
  • Strong design sensibility with a proven track record in developing comprehensive interior design packages.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a hybrid work environment and interdisciplinary team setting.
