Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive stakeholders.

  • Manage capital structure, including equity and debt financing, to optimize financial health.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably at the director level.
  • Proven expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis within dynamic environments.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices.
  • Experience in preparing organizations for IPO and managing equity components effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools for analysis and reporting.
