Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide Tier 3 technical support, resolving complex hardware and software issues for executive users efficiently.
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Azure services, and Entra SSO for robust IT operations.
  • Develop and enforce security protocols and conditional access policies to ensure system integrity.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop systems, optimizing performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with executives to ensure seamless technology integration in home and office environments.
  • Document solutions and maintain technical inventories for efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
  • Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance to uphold operational excellence.
  • Participate in IT projects aimed at enhancing system functionality and user experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Azure services, and Entra SSO setup.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, scripting, automation, and security practices.
  • Experience providing executive-level technical support in diverse environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
