Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Implement and manage Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Azure services, and Entra SSO for robust IT operations.
- Develop and enforce security protocols and conditional access policies to ensure system integrity.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop systems, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with executives to ensure seamless technology integration in home and office environments.
- Document solutions and maintain technical inventories for efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance to uphold operational excellence.
- Participate in IT projects aimed at enhancing system functionality and user experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Autopilot, Intune, Azure services, and Entra SSO setup.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, scripting, automation, and security practices.
- Experience providing executive-level technical support in diverse environments.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
