Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with 5 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in multifamily construction projects and AEC industry practices.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
