Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain safety protocols.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and obstacles.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with 5 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in multifamily construction projects and AEC industry practices.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
