Job Description

Overview

  • Provide administrative support during tax season in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and organization tasks.
  • Handle reception duties, including phone calls and client check-ins.
  • Support tax administration processes, including data entry and tracking.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the tax team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer phones and greet clients professionally and courteously.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and inquiries.
  • Receive, log, and organize client tax documents efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry and tracking of tax return workflows.
  • Maintain accurate client files and document management systems.
  • Support e-filing processes and track submission confirmations.
  • Handle outgoing correspondence and document pickup/drop-off.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
