Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage workers' compensation and personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial, ensuring thorough preparation and compliance.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, evidence, and case files for hearings and trials with precision.
  • Conduct investigations to gather evidence and support case strategies, collaborating closely with attorneys and clients.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters to ensure case progress.
  • Coordinate with medical providers to obtain necessary documentation and records for case support.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, and case management software for efficient case handling.
  • Ensure adherence to legal procedures and deadlines, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional organizational and written communication skills to support all aspects of case management.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation or personal injury cases; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows, and Adobe software is essential.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory for effective communication.
  • Experience with FileVine case management software is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills to manage complex cases effectively.
  • Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and professional environment.
