Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure accurate and timely trade settlement and reconciliation to maintain operational integrity.
  • Provide updated account performance data and insights to support client services.
  • Monitor and manage cash flows, affirmations, and confirmations for assigned accounts.
  • Address daily fails and discrepancies promptly to minimize operational impact.
  • Collaborate with management to develop innovative solutions and enhance automation.
  • Utilize advanced financial systems, including Bloomberg AIM and OMS, for trade management.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in WRAP or SMA environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup functions, is essential.
  • Experience with Bloomberg AIM and knowledge of convertible securities is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
