Overview

  • Lead and manage complex construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all phases of construction project management, from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Control project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial adherence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with 14 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects successfully.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, emphasizing mentorship and collaboration.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting updates effectively.
