Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Construction Management degree preferred for enhanced expertise.
  • Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience; 5 years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Proficiency in interpreting plan sets and understanding building codes for compliance.
  • Experience managing industrial and office interior projects with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills for tenant-facing interactions and team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of ADA compliance and stabilization techniques for comprehensive project management.
