Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct market research to inform business strategies and identify client opportunities.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings to define goals, timelines, and team roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling pitch materials and presentations.
  • Analyze client requests to ensure alignment with firm capabilities and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with administrative teams to streamline processes and maintain data accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of six years in business development or proposal management roles.
  • Preferred eight years of experience within professional services or legal sectors.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing pitch processes and tools effectively.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and evaluation criteria for proposals.
