Overview

  • Lead construction projects for a respected contracting firm, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee on-site operations, coordinating teams and resources to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in construction management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management; 13 years preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing commercial construction projects successfully.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder management.
  • Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
