Overview

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and satisfaction.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and local codes throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to final delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives effectively.
  • Supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members for alignment.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, highlighting milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols throughout projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven expertise in managing ground-up construction projects, preferably automotive dealerships.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, construction standards, and local codes.
  • Ability to work on-site and oversee project activities directly.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification.
