  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and verification processes for trauma center certification.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for comprehensive trauma patient care across the continuum.
  • Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits to elevate trauma service standards.
  • Design and manage trauma registry systems for data-driven insights and performance tracking.
  • Lead verification and accreditation processes to maintain trauma center certification.
  • Supervise and mentor trauma program staff to ensure operational efficiency and professional growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of acute care trauma leadership experience; 5 years preferred for optimal expertise.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification with Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of hire.
  • Proficiency in trauma program operations and clinical research methodologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in data analysis and performance improvement strategies to enhance program outcomes.
  • Experience with trauma center accreditation and compliance processes to ensure standards adherence.
