Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on ATMs, POS systems, and EV charging stations, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Conduct installations, including equipment setup, cable management, and device mounting.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, such as paper jams and connectivity problems, ensuring functionality.
  • Inspect and test equipment, escalating complex issues for resolution as needed.
  • Plan and prioritize service calls, delivering timely and efficient customer support.
  • Maintain accurate service records and manage inventory for operational readiness.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with services.
  • Adhere to company protocols for security processes, ensuring compliance and reliability.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of technical or maintenance experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer operating systems and communication devices.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record meeting company standards.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various physical environments.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories and adapt to diverse weather conditions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
