Job Description

Overview

  • Drive innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand presence and client engagement within a dynamic professional services environment.
  • Lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials and ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media management and online branding strategies.
  • Coordinate public relations activities, such as press releases and media outreach, to enhance visibility.
  • Organize and execute promotional events to strengthen community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of all marketing deliverables and communications.
  • Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and design graphics, layouts, and copy for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Research, write, and edit project descriptions and qualification materials to support business development efforts.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines for advertising and editorial submissions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate public relations activities, including press coverage and media relations, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of marketing team members to foster professional growth.
  • Plan and execute community events and business development activities to strengthen client relationships.
  • Oversee the work of social media and graphic design consultants to ensure alignment with branding standards.
  • Maintain and update the firm's digital asset database and historical library for efficient resource management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within professional services or luxury markets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office 365 suite for design and documentation tasks.
  • Strong graphic design and document layout skills to create visually appealing materials.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality communications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring team members to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
