Overview

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across teams.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring detailed itineraries and high-quality accommodations.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and conferences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving conflicts to optimize time management.

  • Perform office upkeep tasks such as maintaining supplies and organizing workspaces.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required, with relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with 5 years preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating complex calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
